The tower-a 13th(?) century castle along the Unieow River, about 20km from Kolumna. K's parents met here during a young Socialist's singles weekend (no kidding) and married about 6 months later. The castle is a hotel as well, reportedly haunted by the White Lady.

Hello F.I hope the trip is going well... I know it was all overwhelming (especially the White Lady... probably ;) though I think it's better to be conscious post factum than never. So... the 14th century castle is in UNIEJOW: (www.zamek.uniejow.pl by the way) (which is about 50-50km from Kolumna) and the parents met here on the socialist feast - that's why the party was there - for the youth - not for the socialist singles! (that's pretty risky to say that about the Poles! no kidding... ;)Anyway... great photos (I'm looking forward to see some more) & personal comments! With a polish-american greeting, K
